My approach is based on trauma-informed care and practices, making wellness, resilience, safety, and violence prevention a reality.

My journey began over 20 years ago and has deepened through my work, where I’ve helped make waves of change at the local, regional, and national level.
It's true that violence destroys lives. But I believe a stronger truth:
That violence is preventable.
Prevention means stopping violence before it starts by making small, yet impactful changes to the way we live in the office, at school, at home, and in our communities.Policies and practices that don’t encourage change hold us back from drastically improving our lives the way we want to.
We can’t keep doing it the way we’ve done it.
We have to think differently.
